You should demand the same rigor in safety and purity checks from your supplements as you do from your food. Avoiding additives while taking Amazon purchased supplements is nonsensical

Right. What a nightmare

In US from reg standpoint this is basically what we are going to get 

Way more scdunity on food 
Way less on supps (specifically health claims made, they already can put whatever they want in them here)

The onus is on the individual and I encourage ppl to think lol

I feel similarly. I assume everyone’s a liar. I don’t have any beyond the most basic stuff I take regularly

this is probably the #1 reason i have never really been into supplements - no quality control 

It's especially funny when someone rages against GMOs or vaccines but is totally fine not knowing what ends up in their bodies with some random supplement ... sighhhhh
