10+ minutes daily, typing stream of consciousness into note app using Bluetooth keyboard (without looking at screen, keyboard is a special interface used only for this purpose) Mentor taught me this technique. Crucial. Surfaces health / routine / relationship challenges, helps push nascent thoughts to fully developed

When an urge arises, I carry a journal everywhere in my bag. Just reviewed 1.5 years in 1 moleskin. I’m surprised how many things that were/are important to me I forget about 👀

I just use notion every morning, there’s a built in daily journal template that has a to do list, a gratitude list, and a space for intentions and reflection. Great way to start the day.

Journal near daily, first thing AM. Handwritten with a fountain pen. Sometimes only a page.

I carry a journal everywhere in my bag, if it’s an impromptu thought, I just save it as notes in my whatsapp(chat to self), and when I am in the mood to really elaborate a part of life, then I open my substack to pen it down! Journaling has helped me to reflect upon various aspects of my life, and continuing to so!

Just passed three years of daily journaling. Sometimes it’s long, sometimes it’s short. The key to my consistency is the only expectation I have is that I will do it everyday. I reflect on gratitude, list my intentions for the day, and then jot down any thoughts that are coming to me.
