At what point does data drive design to become homogenous? Can one create "good design" with little to no data?

"Online shopping" consists of ordering pants from 3 different sites in 2 different sizes so that you can try them all in front of your mirror so that you can return them all

When I copy & paste an excerpt I'm taking from my Kindle, it automatically appends the attribution to the book and author. Very delighting experience

Something that’s working for me is to start my thinking in form of a mind map on canvas, and then replace the nodes with evergreen notes and link retrospectively. How do others use canvases?

The best migration developer experience is one where the work is done for you. However, "eating the complexity" for your customers isn't always feasible. What's is the best developer experience you've had where you were required to take some action?

People tend to scoff at the idea of "vibes" or "feels" in design. While being subjective, it doesn't mean it's unimportant. The visceral "gut" perception of something is what makes or breaks our attraction to using things in the first place. Satisfying utility suffices in a vacuum, but in reality better "vibes" win.

One trade off between opinionated and flexible software is ramp up time. Custom configuration should not be exposed until post-onboarding and usage.
