increasingly interested by the idea of traveling the world with my fiancee she's a teacher right now so can't travel much outside of summer but loose idea: get married spring 2026 -> she shifts to more office/remote based career (still in edu) -> we travel for 6 months

when i think about converting the money i'm making here into the real world the only things that really get me excited: - buying nicer gifts for family - traveling (ideally not economy lol) - going to lots of sporting events and being able to park in the official parking lot lol

just started doing this a few months back, traveling with my girlfriend and cat. LA was our first stop in october, and now we're meditating where to go next, most surely somewhere in europe, then back to the states, and so on. i've been traveling alone for too long, and gotta say that bringing your so makes it 1000x better!
