The bitcoin-ETF segment recorded a significant inflow of funds - $192 mln. The inflows were maintained for the second day in a row. At the same time, interest in Ethereum-ETF leaves much to be desired - as a result of yesterday's session, a cumulative outflow of $2.8 mln was recorded. Inflows to the funds are minimal.

Anatoly Legkodymov, founder of the Bitzlato exchange, has been sentenced to 18 months in the US, which he has already served in a pre-trial detention center, for setting up an unlicensed money transfer business that helped hide more than $700 million in darknet proceeds for criminals.

The volume of deposits to OFAC-sanctioned cryptomixer Tornado Cash reached $1.85 billion in the first six months of 2024. For comparison, for the whole of 2023 this figure amounted to $1.28 billion. The demand for the service has increased against the backdrop of continued sanctions by the US Ministry of Finance and litigation involving its founders.
