i’ve done an incredible amount of trauma healing over the past several months, but the pain in my heart is giving some pretty intense final boss energy that is challenging to deal with when i tune into it my body braces for death and starts to go into shock focusing on my solar plexus instead, feeling ever-expanding amounts of self love and self worth, then allowing that to push upward seems to help emdr time ❤️🔥

very nice to read this. thank you. for doing the work, and for the consequences that that will have in every person that you encounter this last week i started passing my hand over my heart doing a circle, and the willingness to do it comes more and more often. it helps also: what’s at the other side of the final boss?
