I mean I understand why they didn't prioritize video so I'm not going to call it a mistake. I'd say the biggest ongoing mistake is not having a dedicated UX/UI person. There've been a lot of bad UX decisions and persistent UI bugs over the last year

As a UX person (research, not design) I think the design decisions have generally been smart. It’s not always about being pretty! But the biggest win imo is they’ve always been open to feedback (if not directly seeking it out)
