exercise, without question doesn’t even take much. a mile jog does wonders, and a brief walk is still way better than nothing

Daily walks in nature + vyvanse. Semi-related…this reminds me of the Alan Watts quote…something to the effect of: “the environment and the organism are part of the same process”. Your nervous system is part of you, which is part of the environment, and vice versa
