What are your favorite high protein snacks that aren’t beef jerky? Would love specific products/brands recs. Trying to up my protein intake and have a hard time getting over 90g/day on my protein shake + food routine today.

I like to bake thin bacon rashers and keep them in the fridge for snacking. Kabanos is a second one I love. As close to regular food as possible.

there’s a protein bar called big block which has 50g of protein in a 100g bar which tastes better than a protein shake and is less work.

Quest chips and Oats Overnight with Greek yogurt mixed in. I usually keep my protein in the 160-200g per day range.

finally - my powerlifting background is helpful in web3! some faves: - nut protein bars (the min 10g protein ones) - chobani yoghurt (used to eat 2 a day) - swap white pasta, rice and bread for brown - cans of tuna (I ate flavoured ones on toast) - cottage cheese on rice cakes - baked beans - edamame

Bellota or serrano ham, bresaola, matured hard cheese, buffalo mozzarella, almonds (?). I basically live on Danish rye bread which is about 8% protein, so that's also doing its part.

Also trying to up my protein and finding it hard to do it outside of the typical powdered approach. I’ve been enjoying Clif Bars as a sweet option, easy to ‘subscribe and save’ via Amazon.
