Firstly, 👏👏👏 on wanting to get back to it. Boring advice but: Take it slow! Little, achievable but progressively harder goals every day. And give yourself a [heathy] reward at the end of the week meeting your goals.

There’s no reason it needs to be at the gym either. Go for a walk. Do some pushups, pull ups, body weight squats, burpees. Just make it a habit to do something. If you go high intensity it doesn’t have to be that long either.

You just have to show up and stay consistent. Map out how many days you want to go to the gym and make it a priority. You ultimately have to hold yourself accountable. Consider some electrolytes to give you a little energy boost before your workout. I like Pure Encapsulations electrolyte energy mix. You got this 💪

point your face to the door and go to the gym. don't worry about getting a great workout in, just go do something you like doing and build from there.
