You just need signatures and a signature registry. Blockchain has the signature registry, signatures are off chain metadata embedded into the videos. Similar to FCs architecture.

True but that still doesn't solve if x is real or not? someone could post a video the self-driving car is burning, there's no way to know if it's real or not even if it's signed, and the other cases don't seem that important, easily fixable without signtures https://warpcast.com/shawki/0xfe0f78f6

Hmm, good point that makes me realize I haven’t thought my bullishness on this concept (FOX doing this on Polygon sparked it) through. Off top of head, I’d say Twitter isn’t as cred neutral, but that prob only really applies to individual accounts - not verified companies
