You just need signatures and a signature registry. Blockchain has the signature registry, signatures are off chain metadata embedded into the videos. 

Similar to FCs architecture.

Yeah verifying if it's modified is interesting but if it's something that's like important, people will probably just check the original source. Twitter is already the signing, people check if an offical account published something or not.

True but that still doesn't solve if x is real or not? someone could post a video the self-driving car is burning, there's no way to know if it's real or not even if it's signed, and the other cases don't seem that important, easily fixable without signtures
