I think that western societies rely too much on artificial heating/cooling and it makes people fragile. Doesn’t make sense to keep 72 all year. Wear sweaters in the winter w temp at 65. And shed layers in summer w temp at 80. Become antifragile. Currently In Nicaragua w 90 deg temps + 90% humidity and just a fan
