I think about this every time I left a hotel room or valet’ed a car without any 1’s, 5’s or 10’s to leave as a tip Asking for a valet’s Venmo would be considered socially awkward and I wouldn’t even know how to leave a digital tip for housekeeping I want… 1. to be sure that the tip I leave goes directly to the person doing the work 2. to find the address of the person doing the work without me asking them 3. (might be a bit selfish) to let them know that I was the one who tipped them A solution that does all 3 would be great!

Can I take this opportunity to express my extreme hate for customer service surveys? I am most happy to exile the virtues of an excellent experience to a manager, but I flat out refuse to take those gd surveys. It’s inhuman and it’s a terrible precedent for corporate culture. So yes, +100 to being able to tip them onchain. Actually, a fully onchain customer service platform could be a really great business….
