Spent way more time physically with my parents

- changed your life in terms of realization of how short it actually is or did you actually take any special action as a result of it?

same, it's on my bday reflection doc, probably read it 3-4 times a year

It’s a good reminder to focus on being able to extract meaning/presence out of each moment and not go on autopilot.
