Some thoughts if you're in / going into venture - treat founders with empathy not just lottery tickets, you'd be surprised by how often that happens - find other investors you respect / enjoy working with early on - do research before founder meetings, come prepared with questions - be quick with any follow ups

Thats what im talking about, i have my first conference in a couple weeks and im a bit nervous. I love crypto in all its forms but im more of an engineer and physicist but trade so i hope i dont get beat up too bad for being in this space, my 3 yrs in crypto feels like in just ready for kindergarten, lol
