Many crypto use case aren't either, and the gov't has invested in effectively the scamiest parts of both 🙃

after building in crypto compliance I realized these regs will either never happen or won't be effective when they do. all they will do is create friction for users and builders. e.g. I access Claude3 via perplexity 🤷‍♀️

But besides that, yes, over-regulation is a problem shared between us europlebs and our canadian fam out west.

It's entered into frightening areas that are harming our competitive edge.
