Does Farcaster (Warpcast app) have culture? If yes, or no, why?

I’ve been on here an hour and already find it much better than the dumpster fire called Twitter

Yes and it’s much closer to group chats with my friends than anything else on the internet that I engage with. Defaults are benefit of the doubt, fun, optimism, and limited posturing. It’s kind of adorable

Yes. Culture is the aggregate and shared actions, thoughts, beliefs of a particular group of people. Now whether or not the culture is quality is a different story. πŸ₯΄πŸ˜‰πŸ˜

more of a culture than any other social platform I use. I hate posting into the twitter void of judgement. Too much noise. Not enough real thought

Hot take, yes but it's getting defined right now. A lot of the in-jokes, fruit and food in general, are jockeying for becoming deep canonical lore. It's cool to see the memetic battle play out like on early Twitter. Also being way too heady in your posts which I just fell into the trap of πŸ˜†. Team Mayo btw.

Farcaster protocol in my experience has been a welcoming and helpful environment. Many of us are builders who possess a natural curiosity, making it a community that supports and uplifts rather than discourages or belittles.

Yes! All mechanisms where people interact with other people have culture. Communities, schools, companies, churches, NGOs, governments, social media, niche communities on social- they all have a culture.

Lets say any social media will have a kind of culture. Twitter's culture is very intense, tweets can carry so much weight. Farcaster, being new, just feels... safer. <3's or β™²'s arent as big a deal, the people are more interesting on average. I think its the GM button tho
