Got this book around a year ago. Every single page is full of wisdom and knowledge. Currently focused on planning. Having a busy life without planning to the max, can lead to a more chaotic and imbalanced life. Do you plan to the max? Or at all? Letting go of what I can't control and focusing on what I can control now. Long term, my kids will pick up these habits and be better equipped in the future

I plan a bit. Otherwise I cannot have things done. But I don’t plan everything. I like to have space for spontaneous things.

Without my lists I am a lost soul but at the same time I have to allow some days without any list or plans, just to feel the time moving freely. This is a dangerous game though, because freely experiencing time is addictive and could lead to laziness. This book is brilliant

I only plan globally, I don't like to plan everything down to the smallest detail

I try to plan, but I like to be easy as well, so I don’t end the day beating myself up for not meeting all my goals. Yes, the best path is letting go of things you cant control, especially with kids in the picture.
