Got this book around a year ago. Every single page is full of wisdom and knowledge. Currently focused on planning. Having a busy life without planning to the max, can lead to a more chaotic and imbalanced life. Do you plan to the max? Or at all? Letting go of what I can't control and focusing on what I can control now. Long term, my kids will pick up these habits and be better equipped in the future

I plan a bit. Otherwise I cannot have things done. But I donā€™t plan everything. I like to have space for spontaneous things.

Having that extra space is crucial for sure as we need to keep the mind open for unplanned events. I found that planning to a degree helps measure results, as there's a clear template or reference to compare to. Do you plan every day? Week? In the morning after your coffee?
