Depends on your diet, age, and goals or intentions. I rotate in mg (glycinate), boron and K2. Will take b vitamins or a broad multi daily or a few times per week, depending on diet at the time. and a specific Zinc/Copper again based on diet at the time… It changes through the season depending on demands on the body etc.

Citrate does bad ass things with my tummy. Bisglycinate should be better. What about BCAA? L-carnitine? I'm using half a scoop energize from ahead, it's like pre-workout and then full scoop refresh (ksm-66 &c)

That’s close to mine. I add HMB and Taurine sometimes. I don’t take Flaxseed or Mg.
