I’m redoing my supplement stack (mostly out of boredom). Curious what other people are on? - Vitamin D 2000IUs - DHA 450mg - Flaxseed 2.8g - Creatine 5g - Mg citrate 330mg

Citrate does bad ass things with my tummy. Bisglycinate should be better. What about BCAA? L-carnitine? I'm using half a scoop energize from ahead, it's like pre-workout and then full scoop refresh (ksm-66 &c)
