Realization — once you get off caffeine, you need to align your circadian rhythm with the sun again. Ie. Go to sleep by 10p, wake up and look at sunlight + walk to increase body heat I stayed up past midnight last night, woke up late and skipped my walk this morning… And boy, I am craving coffee hard right now lol

The Huberman 2hr advice is actually helpful for this (it’s not really scientifically sound) but you limit the time you really wanna drink coffee by adhering to 2hr post wake up

i have found this advice helped me reduce my afternoon crashes by a lot. do you mean it’s not scientifically sound for reducing afternoon crashes like he says or its not scientifically sound for curbing caffeine cravings?
