Looking for a real-time localization API to translate strings in Daylight to ~15 other languages.

Any services you all like? Surely AI has gotten as good or better than human translators here now.

GPT-4o API can definitely execute. Unclear if most cost-effective solution.

Amazon Translate. Proven at scale and perhaps already tied into your ecosystem. We're using a few tools from their ecosystem to great effect.

Curious how was the google translate data stats for Daylight? Localisation seemed more to be a preference folks talk about but not the one they necessarily go crazy for...

Ai does a really good job to me. We compared the translation for German->English and it gives better results (for ecomm listings) than conventional services aka google.

Idk how reliable it for the oriental languages, but the other options are not well enough either.
