I think it's disrespectful NOT to send a Calendly. Saves everyone a bunch of time. Otherwise it's a bunch of back-and-forth, and we often still don't pick the optimal time for each of us.

i typically go with something like this: "does 2PM or 4PM work on Thursday? otherwise, here's my Calendly if it's easier!"
