Bullish on higher for so many reasons but for those of you that didnt know -The community came before the coin. Focused around optimism and the mindset of going "higher". The Higher "party" wallet currently has ~$320k of higher and ~$430k in total. The plan is to sell some more memberships so we can put the higher + eth into the liquidity pool. Membership gets you access to the token gated group chats + the opportunity to vote on )and suggest) proposals. As always NFA / DYOR etc.

Your CV is a poor representation of who you are - don't wait until the interviews are done to show hirers how great your colleagues think you are! Open to everyone - create a profile and collect references. References are linked to Linkedin or Warpcast accounts so hirers can see who left them. Publish the best ones and add your profile link to your application / CV. Our testing shows that social proof drastically increases your likelihood of getting an interview. Top tip for anyone hiring for developers: Design your interview process around the person you want to hire. - Do you need a problem solver who can work without much guidance? - Do you need someone good at building out integrations? - Do you need someone to work closely with the design team? So many developer interviews focus on ultra hard non-specific coding challenges. You miss out on great people that would add value to your company but haven't touched that micro niche problem for a while. @hirechain can help with feedback on your process to make sure you hire the right person asap!

@zapper features I want (and would pay for). - Let me set up notifications for a bundle (telegram, slack etc) and only get notifs for swaps over $100 USD for example. - Make it easier to request defi integrations (example - avantis vaults arent currently tracked by zapper) - For all defi positions in a bundle, let me set up alerts! This one is more of a wishlist feature but for example if TVL drops below X, if a stablecoin is not so stable etc.
