Top tip for anyone hiring for developers: Design your interview process around the person you want to hire. - Do you need a problem solver who can work without much guidance? - Do you need someone good at building out integrations? - Do you need someone to work closely with the design team? So many developer interviews focus on ultra hard non-specific coding challenges. You miss out on great people that would add value to your company but haven't touched that micro niche problem for a while. @hirechain can help with feedback on your process to make sure you hire the right person asap!

@zapper-xyz features I want (and would pay for). - Let me set up notifications for a bundle (telegram, slack etc) and only get notifs for swaps over $100 USD for example. - Make it easier to request defi integrations (example - avantis vaults arent currently tracked by zapper) - For all defi positions in a bundle, let me set up alerts! This one is more of a wishlist feature but for example if TVL drops below X, if a stablecoin is not so stable etc.

Q2 2024 at @hirechain was better than all of 2023 combined. Feels like the wheels are in motion now and the platform is getting to a place where we can really ramp up. We're hoping to hire a couple of people across ops (account management mainly) and partnerships (BD with almost all inbound / warm intros) in the next few months. If you're interested in what we're building then DM me. Happy to get a CV but if you are really interested send me a loom video telling me a bit about yourself and which crypto companies you are most interested in. I'm open to chat to anyone in Europe that can come to London at least once a month but would prefer people based in the UK (ideally London). Would appreciate any reposts for reach 🤝
