My Granny used to always mix em with their meals. But her dog eventually noticed something wws off with the meal (smart lads they are) So i think maybe serve it a meal you haven’t given it before and add the meds to it, then continue giving it variations of that meal so it seems normal scent-wise

does she know how the odor of the medication? if yes you might need to mix it with a treat. if no i recommend you don’t prepare the medication in her presence

Full dose in a little bit of wet food and reward w more wet food. You can also buy treats that have a little pocket for a pill Hope little baby feels better soon
