There is drama in the anti seed oil community because Cate Shanahan has come out and said it’s not linoleic acid that is the problem it’s JUST oxidized LA via seed oils https://x.com/drcateshanahan/status/1804567501423927770 Anti seed oil “purists” think all linoleic acid in any form is harmful and this includes all sources of LA including chicken, pork and nuts Complex debate but essentially they are debating if all LA becomes oxidized They have been at it since last night

I gave up around 2009 in LA when agave was having a moment and immediately my fitness influencer friend scolded me with “oh you haven’t heard the TRUTH about agave??” And I was like “dude, you literally take ant and reindeer antler extract, please stop”
