I really don't want to be in Texas as it is, but especially around or after the election. Kinda getting stressed about this and might try to make another trip out. Texas already is a bad and unsafe place. I don't want to throw election derangement on top and then be stuck there. At a minimum, I want to be somewhere, where it's safe to walk in nature if everyone goes bezerkers

No one is actually supposed to be living in Texas. It's inhospitable. That's why they do that whole Southern hospitality thing to compensate.

Ironically, I live in a safe place with lots of nature (Minnesota) but will be in Texas speaking at a conference on Election day. I just hope the wingnuts don't try to take the airports.

in the replies it's like the AI chatbot is regurgitating the same answer 🤣 🤣 I live in TX. I don't like TX. But so far the vibes have been chill. Long term, It'll be an issue if the Orange Man wins though and we will most definitely get out of dodge within the year.
