Every social platform is built on the shoulders of lurkers. The split may be 90 9 1 or 80 15 5.... but creators and sustainers are a minority. Hard to say if this is a bug or a feature.

It's amazing, especially on photo apps such as Instagram. Even some of my friends do it.. :) The best way to see this here is when you reply to your cast on a completely different topic than your original cast and see if people reply to that one.
