I moved to Austin and my body hates it. I can’t relax here to save my life, I don’t feel at ease at all. it’s manifesting physically: the insomnia I’m battling right now, horrible stomach problems, back pain, and a pronounced increase in RHR. ngmi 🥲

These are classic symptoms of "rat withdrawal," you can't go cold turkey. Try releasing 10-12 rats in your apartment and surrounding yourself with garbage. You can slowly reduce this dosage over the next 4-8 weeks. (I am not a doctor, but I read a lot on the internet)
