Creatine gummies have become increasingly popular. NOW tested 12 different creatine gummy brands to get a better sense of the quality available on the marketplace. Spoiler: one brand had NO creatine https://www.nowfoods.com/about-now/press-room/press-releases/now-testing-program-identifies-creatine-gummies-failings

Do you ever use consumerlabs? I’ve used them to rate supplements before, but I’ve never heard of anyone else using them which makes me feel weird about it lol

lol JFC, what a wild west supplements are. This is exactly why supplements are prohibited from many payment platforms due to their risk profile. My wife's startup did spectral analysis on cbd products and nothing was as claimed there either. One had a huge amount of thc that would have caused a drug test fail.

The supplement industry is predatory and unregulated. I don’t trust any of them. Everyone wants a short cut. Even if it’s in there our bodies don’t process pills and gummies efficiently. Just eat your damn vegetables (preferably home grown because those are going downhill too 🫠)!
