What I am learning is that there is a large contingent of software engineers who use “anti woke” and “free speech” to excuse their low to no soft skills and antisocial behavior.

I think a large part of it is also just being too online and overestimating the political/media intelligence of successful figures in tech/business.

True.. I'm happy to be called woke. Woke means aware of the corruption, aware of how the ruling class wages war against the rest of us using divide and conquer strategy to put people against each other so we don't come together to defeat our true enemies the Oligarchs. People who think woke means fake outrage and naivety are being fooled by propaganda of liberals who have tried to co-opt social justice movements in order to help the ruling class effort to divide us.
