I got into exercise because I knew I was ugly, and I wanted to be hot so I wouldn’t die alone Unfortunately I loved it so much I got traps and delts, swung right back into being ugly again. BUT it’s still a W because I’m ugly and STRONG and no longer care as much about dying alone because I realized we all do

Now if someone calls you ugly, you can beat them up 🤔 💪🏻 Also people who value judge others based purely on the way they look are bullshit 🤷🏻♂️

For me exercise has incentive of cognitive boost. Without workouts before my days been dark and I could barely recall memories. Since then my knowledge stickiness improved like 100x. Side benefits are I feel more healthy and aim for long healthspan.

I feel like many start because you want a better a appearance but after some time you realize how good exercise is for your mental wellbeing and you are really doing it for yourself. You’re fitter plus have higher self confidence that’s a massive win.
