It’s ironic that we’re simultaneously acknowledging the downsides of plastics and promoting GLP-1 meds It’s the hubris of a materially advanced society — we can’t fathom how engineering our materials and our bodies could be bad for us Though the negatives of GLPs will likely be discovered sooner (spoiler alert: muscle loss)

The modern world has given us some really amazing things but man have we lost sight because of it all. Can we all please just go back to the most natural and basic ways of eating and caring for ourselves ?😩 Watching some family members become so frail from GLPs and having no interest in understanding the negative effects is the epitome of ✨stress✨

No, because saying anything bad about GLPs means you want fat people to suffer (according to @keccers.eth) https://warpcast.com/keccers.eth/0x69617a76

I think there is a time and place for GLPs but really only in extreme cases and people who really need to get weight off to be able to even start moving. I think it's waaaay too widely used and the fact that they're trying to get it approved for children is wild. It's a drug that's intended to be a lifetime prescription and I don't think that's wise

Why do you guys want to control other peoples bodies so bad? Where does it stop? Alcohol HAS been a disaster, I don’t see either of you advocating for prohibition Why are you guys the arbiters of risk for everyone?

I personally live how you guys do, and honestly agree with the assessment in many ways. But I am not so egotistical that I think the law needs to enforce what I choose, especially when being fat is so dangerous. People have the right to make unhealthy choices, even.

This seems to be a very heat debate between the two of you. I'm not that invested lol I've stated my opinion and thoughts on ways I think it can be beneficial and ways I think it's dangerous. I feel similar about most drugs. I think we massively over prescribe in this country
