The beauty of long wait times is by the time you have a treatment plan, your employer will change insurers and they drop out of network and you have to start over. Which is how you can delay medical treatment forever.

Another reason for this is the growth of PAs and NPs in primary care who reflexively refer to specialists for everything Physician PCPs are very comfortable managing most common issues. @farmerboy thoughts?
