3. If you are teleporting, even 7 inches away can be super useful. Teleport through locked doors, shortcuts around fences, etc!

@dwr.eth has a good point with the gravel but the follow up to that would be that you’d need to have sales skills to sell said gravel. I suppose I could. My thought would be that teleporting (3) could make travel slightly faster and less expensive albeit maybe a but clunky.
