So, I'm certainly guilty of emoji bombing a dozen or so people each day to work through my allotted Moxie engagement each day. Actually I'm well known for it. ✌️ 😂

How would you recommend I address fixing my score prior to the update. Also, is the scoring dynamic, as in, can I can change it over time by adjusting my behavior now?

Guess it was fun (and easier) while it lasted. 👊 😁

Yeah, pretty much. We all need to become pure influencers now. No more cozy corner relationships or you get slashed. This is good directionally for the value of the token if the idea is to grow the number of Moxie users by turning everyone into network marketers. Not sure if this works that well in a world with stagnant DAUs on FC, but they clearly need to do something based on the velocity and magnitude of these changes. 

Probably doing this to keep the program solvent hoping to buy time until more people discover FC/Moxie in Q4. That's just a guess, I don't know what the capital requirements are but they mention having "enough" moxie rewards for everyone regularly, which implies a finite supply.

So, while uncomfortable and unpleasant for early users, these changes are about survival and long term success.

They haven't applied the changes yet. Yeah, its going to be interesting to see what happens next. The old system seemed to encourage any and all engagement on FC, with a strong focus organic reputation, but that is no longer the focus since it was too easy to game.

They keep using influencers that are trying to grow massive audiences and regularly talk to hundreds of unique DAUs as the model to aspire to. So, there will certainly be people that are more than happy to turn themselves into marketers to maintain a circle of 30+ (based on the clip Jason casted) different people to spread engagement around to. 

I don't know how heavily weighted those distributions are in the score, so while It sounds unnatural to regularly engage with that many people if you're here to build relationships, it might not be a big deal. You and I both talk to a lot of people, so who knows. We both tend to concentrate our replyke to a small close group, I imagine most do. So, we might get dinged for that. Just have to wait and see.

Ha ha. I don't want my score getting slashed even more! So, I'm willing to change with the tide. Shouldn't be hard since I'm here for the protocol/culture/change I want to see in the world. The system should adapt just fine since I'm real user. I just need to change a few things to comply...I think. ✌️ 😂

Yeah, I agree, which is why I'm a little confused about the comments people are sharing about one or two word messages. I mean is there a component that takes organic reputation into consideration? We all worked so hard to build that up, does that not matter when establishing who is and isn't trustworthy? Dunno.

I think the spirit of their changes are always coming from the right place. They certainly overshoot sometimes, but I'm going to assume its because they are making decisions based on what the data is telling them. So, while extreme to us, they make sense from a numbers pov. 

I agree that the changes are coming too fast, especially after so many of us bought in and then locked our FT based on their recommendations. But again, I'll put the blame at the feet of the farmers, not the builders at Airstack who are trying to build a viable product. We're in for the long haul, so not that worried tbh. 

That all being said I would like to know the rules of the road so I can properly pivot. Agree the most reasonable thing to do is change the message, but that seems like an easy thing for farmers to replicate. So, just wondering what else is at work there.

A few words would help I think. The rules are silly. And the frequency with which they are changed is even more silly.

Emojis are so good, but it's a shame. 
There's nothing we can do about it, we have no choice but to follow the change!👍😆
