Often people think that they are really good at one quadrant so they think they can move to another quadrant easily. It’s not as easy. Take MKHBD - you critique things and talk about things for a living, then you have to move into convincing others to doing things and it does not translate as well without practice It’s easier it seems to go from higher activation to lower activation in general though
