Depends on what you’re eating also. It can be tough to be in the necessary caloric surplus for weight gain if your diet consists of whole unprocessed foods vs processed foods loaded with extra fats/carbs

You aren't eating as much as you think you are. Anytime a tiny person says they eat a lot, they don't. Track your food intake for a week or two and adjust. Eat a handful of nuts (that's like 300-500 calories right threre).
