Hard to build, worse performance, worse UX, hardly anyone is getting legal trouble for running centralized parts (until tornado cash), governance of onchain stuff isn't really solved so you can still get rugged by a malicious decentralized front-end

cause onchain is most durable compared to alternatives. Closed loop. No dependencies. ipfs requires p2p network with no native incentive layer. arweave is amazing, but will it be around in 10y?
