Bit late, but dinner for my 30th: Season lamb, sous vide at 125 for a few hours. Dry off, sear, let stand Steam broccoli, toss with salt, EVOO, and unreasonable amounts of lemon Parboil cubed taters with salt and baking soda, shake w/ bacon fat, roast at 400 for 50 minutes Plate in beautiful new dish from Myrth!

Pretty happy with the gradient today, not too bad for a stove top home cooked steak Grass fed steak, cooked in stainless steel with a chefs press and coconut oil

Air brine a Walden Meat grass fed steak Sear on a stainless steel skillet with some coconut oil and chefs press. Cook til around 120, pull and let sit. Toss 8oz mushrooms in, scrap up fond with released liquid. Splash of wine, bit of mustard, bit of milk and cook down Top shrooms with some chives, serve with a veg

Agree with last pod on the "crypto user pool" not being that big and Farcaster needing to branch out. AI called out as one potential community but tbh really far away from that when the biggest (only?) AI channel is paywalled to post and still has way worse signal to noise ratio than my Twitter follows
