Bit late, but dinner for my 30th: Season lamb, sous vide at 125 for a few hours. Dry off, sear, let stand Steam broccoli, toss with salt, EVOO, and unreasonable amounts of lemon Parboil cubed taters with salt and baking soda, shake w/ bacon fat, roast at 400 for 50 minutes Plate in beautiful new dish from Myrth!
