The biggest muscle I've been training is to be genuinely happy for other people's success. It's so easy to get jealous or to feel like you could do better or a ton of other negative emotions or reactions. At the end of the day people winning helps you win too. Stay positive and it will always come back to you.

if im honest with myself, this is one of the hardest for me. there is like this existential grasping to inner criticism that arises from the constant comparison with others. if they succeed, i see my failures. not their success. it is great to read that im not the only one. how do you practically train this muscle?

Train your mind and brain to stop judgement from being instant. In today age we need an opinion and judge everything and everyone, and that’s not healthy

but does judgement stop or your identification of it being what should matter when interacting with another human?
