Thx for the shoutout. Don't trust anyone (not even me) over your own body. If your body is telling you sth isn't working, then it is right. HIIT is highly recommended, depending on current capabilities and provided you (again) switch it up once in a while. Good luck with it!

I just did it - I thought there is no time like the present between client calls. I am still out of breath. The Burpee's at the end, were painful... I only did 3.5 ๐Ÿฅต. Same workout each day?

Ahahahah its not productive if you go from 0 to 50 push ups right away You need to get there progressively Start with 10 a day Tomorrow muscles might hurt but do it anyway After 2-3 days you wont feel pain, it will be easy.. Thats when you add up
