I decided to try a bunch of stuff from Blueprint. I've never taken supplements besides creatine but I've always been looking for a clean protein powder and simple protein bars. So far I've tried the bars and signed up for bloodwork to get a baseline. I'm interested to see if there's any effect in 6 months.

the EVOO is really good if you’re partial to the spicy aftertaste of oleocanthal (healthy antioxidant)

Ok so maybe this will show how dumb I am, but I tried it today, and took the whole 1.5tbsp at once and found it really thick and unpleasant. But I'm wondering if some of that is because it was in a cabinet that's rather cold? Are you supposed to sip it? Is it thicker than most EVOO?

to be honest I haven’t tried just taking it by itself like @bryanjohnson does I don’t find it thicker than normal EVOO… I can imagine that possibly happening if it was really cold, but I’m far from an expert

Do you put it in a smoothie or top the protein pudding with it, or just cook with it?

it's actually the only Blueprint product we have in our household we avoid cooking with it... feels a bit wasteless, so we use a cheaper EVOO (Trader Joe's) for cooking primarily use the Blueprint EVOO in two ways: 1. eating bread with it 2. topping salad we tend to have a lot of smoothies though, never thought about putting EVOO in one of those... will try it sometime soon!!
