Checking the background of tokens: One of the easiest ways to avoid becoming a victim of manipulation by pulling up the price of a token is to look into the trading history of the token: for example, you can check the history of tokens through Skynet [ 4 ]. Tokens with a trading history of only a few days or weeks are more risky because they are less liquid and more likely to be chosen for manipulation. Be especially wary of sudden price spikes for new or illiquid tokens.

Apologize to all Farcaster friends for not posting as much recently. I've been traveling a lot over past month and have been feeling somewhat overwhelmed with that, as well as work and other commitments. Managing multiple social media channels for news (not to mention a full time job separate from that) is a rather daunting task that takes up a significant amount of labor which I had not expected. I need to try and prioritize and work out a strategy that makes sense in that regard. No matter what, I still plan to keep a foot on this platform and will remain part of the Farcaster community.
