Digital capital is economically and technologically superior to physical capital, and long-term capital is being transformed into digital capital (bitcoin). Bitcoin offers advantages similar to owning a building, but without the obvious, fixed asset liabilities. For example, there are no taxes, no need to consider transportation, tenants, torts, weather elements, building corrosion, and regulatory agencies. Instead, Bitcoin is intangible, indestructible, perpetual, teleportable, programmable, divisible, convertible, and configurable. 0 reply
