circle runs USDC and has an explicit blacklisting policy in their terms of service: https://www.circle.com/en/legal/usdc-terms#:~:text=Blacklisting,permitted%20under%20the%20blacklisting%20policy.. it's the same on base as any other chain.

I think the question remains: Does Coinbase have the ability to censor any activity on Base? For example, what would happen if someone created a clone of tornado cash on Base?

Thank you for this what about other tokens? if I got on the IRS/terroist radar, would Coinbase be able to lock my wallet on behalf of, share my trade details with, or drain my wallet for the IRS/CIA?
