What happens when the US government asks base(coinbase) to flag USDC of specific addresses?

circle runs USDC and has an explicit blacklisting policy in their terms of service: https://www.circle.com/en/legal/usdc-terms#:~:text=Blacklisting,permitted%20under%20the%20blacklisting%20policy.. it's the same on base as any other chain.

it’s obvious we need hundreds of copy tokens that perfect interoperability with one another so there’s no attack vector

hold zozUSDC which shares in the benefits of USDC (somehow)

No it’s not from the central bank but are regulated by them.
